What Do White Rashes On The Breasts And Groin Area Indicate?

after showering I noticed on my skin white area, 1/4 wide, 4-5 long, the shape of the veins. One on each breast, 1 top of thigh, almost to groin, and one small top of left thigh above the knee. They disappeared. Note: I visited Neurologist that morning, treatment of pain left arm associated with cervical spine, blood pressure was elevated.
