GIRLS, what do YOU do when you are spotting and want to go swimming ? I have been spotting for 3 weeks since my last period, and I am going to this nice resort with my girls. We will be swimming and laying out all day. My spotting has no sign of slowing down, and its for no reason. Its not heavy enough to use a tampon, since I usually only get one burst of blood throughout the whole day. But i can t use pads in the pool. Should i risk it and not use anything? Or should I use a lite tampon all day, even if I don t know if this will be the day when my bleeding stops? I usually don t bleed in the morning, so I have to wait and see if the spotting is still going on, which so far, it has. But its too lite for a tampon! I don t want to use one if im not even bleeding for the time being
