What Do You Mean By Bilateral Spill Seen And Peritubal Adhension On Left Side As Per HSG Report?

hi my name is samina 38 years old. I got married in 2002. I have one baby girl born in 2006. After that I had 3 Ectopic pregnencies. Now my HSG suggest
- Bilateral spill seen
- Peritubal adhension on left side

My question is what does that mean? Am i fit for pregnency?

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Bilateral spill indicates patency of two fallopian tubes.
But it is difficult to comment about of peritubal adhesions in hysterosalpingography.
Peritubal adhesions may increase the risk of ectopic pregnancy.

So, as you had three ectopic pregnancies after delivery, better to undergo diagnostic laparoscopy.
This will help in confirming the patency of the tubes.
And also in case of presence of peritubal adhesions, those can be released in the same sitting.
