What Do You Mean By Anteverted Normal Sized Uterus W/diffuse Adenomyosis?

1.What means anteverted normal sized uterus w/diffuse adenomyosis.?hyperechoic intact endometrium.normal left ovary.right ovarian cyst w/ benign sonologic features, no ascites.do need surgery ?thanks. 2.doc 3yrs ago have operation bilateral indomitrium cyst.since then I have follow ups .recently I was diagnose again w/ another kind of cyst sorounding my cervix.most often I feel pain in my lower abdomin.i don t have bb & not sexually active.i want to hv bb..thank u very much..
