What Do You Recommend If Having A Blocked Artery Which Isn't Safe To Repair After Having A Triple Bypass Surgery Previously?

I just had triple by pass surgery and had a heart attack while in ICU after the procedure. I had three stents implanted ten years ago and followed doctors orders and meds to the T after my stress test the doctor said he saw something on my tests results and wanted to do a heart cath. During the procedure he found a blocked artery and said it wouldn't be safe to repair. My blood pressure ,cholesterol weight were all good . What changes are recommended now? I have bad family history so is there nothing else I can do I turn 51 next week.
