What Do You Suggest For A Knot On My Right Calf After An Injury?

Hi doc's about 4 years ago I cramped up in a game and my teammate told me push against his hand and i heard a pop in my calf i was able to finish the game wit some pain but since then I've had this knot on my right calf, the lump is only visible when i flex it but it doesn't hurt. I've had an ultrasound and x-ray on it and still no answers. Please help me

This can be a lipoma or an organised haematoma. If it is causing no problem you can forget it. if it is causing any pain than you may need to excise it. If it is not increase since 4 years there are very slim chances that it will increase now, so be tension free.
