What Do You Suggest For A Week Esophagus Requiring Removal Of A Diseased Blockage?

yes if a person has a very week esophagus requiring removal of a diseased blockage. procedure intending to stretch remaining parts so they can be reconnected. my question is, if this doesn't work because the extremely poor condition of the esophagus. are there alternatives to this sort of procedure or such a thing as replacing part of the tube like a stint or a transplant

Esophagus is one of the toughest organ in the body in the sense that its replacements are difficult. Yes there are altenatives like anastamosing one end with the other with a portion of your intestine like jejunum and colon, often used is jejunum (small intestine just next to deodenum).
presently, grafts (what you mean by stents) are under way of experimentations.
