What Do You Suggest For Chest Pain After A Normal Ct Scan Report?

my husband had a pacemaker implanted january 18. yesterday he 3 sharp pains in his chest so i took him to the er. they did a ct scan of his chest and head and could not find any problem. today he is experincing nagging pain in the same area of the chest can you advise me of what to do/
