General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Visiting a good Gastroenterologist would solve the problem. one failure does not mean failure forever.
He can still be a candidate for baloon dilatation and if shows no response, myotomy and scar excision will give wonderful results.
As i suggested, an expert Gastroenterologist consultation is all that he needs.
All the best.
