What Do You Suggest For Cysts And Nodes Considering I Took Accutane 6 Years Ago?

I took accutane about 6 years ago and I didn t have nearly any breakouts what-so-ever until last year I was starting to get cysts and nodes again. Now I am on an antibiotic medication along birth control AND putting differ-in creme on my face. I have spurts of almost having no breakouts but some red spots for a couple days, to having like 5 or so zits on each check and what not for about a week or more. What do I need to do? My doctor said I shouldn t go back on accutane but I really want to.

Well come to HCM
In my opinion now this condition need to be managed with Tab Doxycycline 100 mg once in day and Erythromycin local application, this need to be continued for some time, hope this information helps.
