Me n my gf had sex which I thought was a protected one, but condom was damaged during the intercourse so she took an I pill after 30hrs, 7days later bleeding occur, next period is delayed over two weeks now. Please advise, is she pregnant?

I-pill may not always prevent conception especially if she had already ovulated.
As she has missed her cycle it would be better to do a urine pregnancy test or blood test for pregnancy in a reputed lab close to you. If pregnancy tests are negative the chance that she is pregnant is remote.
