What Do You Suggest For Discomfort In My Ears?

Hello, i use ear buds on average 1 hr or so per day on weekdays; not loud, about 1/2 the max volume. But my right ear has felt, not pain, but discomfort (like its full of something, but it doesn't seem to be wax). It is only bad after using the ear buds, even if i listen to 1-2 songs. I don't feel like i am losing my hearing but idk if im on that track. I am age 17. What could it be and what should be my worry level?
