What Do You Suggest For Dizziness And Weakness?

Lately each evening I have been feeling nauseous shaky dizzy and weak that seemingly comes out of nowhere .morning and early afternoon I am extremely fatigued .this has just started happening in the past few weeks I have also noticed that my arms and legs will become numb at times my legs are constantly feeling restless.

Most important your BP and blood sugar be tested.Numbness can also be related to diabetis. If abnormality detected canbe treated and change of life style, tobe followed.
