What Do You Suggest For Dry Itchy Rash On The Skin When On Medicine For Yeast?

I have a pee size lump on the upper layer of clitoris tissue, (top of skin that's folded up on vagina, right at the top just wear skin starts to fold, its knew and it doesn't hurt but I can feel it when I wipe with toilet paper on my finger as I swipe across it, what is some of the possibilities , I'm married never had sex with no one else in the past 16 yrs. and neither has he, I also have a dry itchy rash on the skin on the buttocks its from the crack down words I thought at first sweaty chaffing but iv used medicine for yeast and still no help. I have been in jail for week ends due to trying to protect some one there toilets are not clean to say the least

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having Bertholin cyst above clitoris giving lump feeling.
Consult Gynaec and get examined.
As you have itchy rash on butt crack might be having fungal infection.
Apply anti-fungal cream locally.
Go for one oral anti-fungal medicine like Flucanozole 150 mg once in a week for 4 weeks.
Keep local part clean and airy.
Ok and take care.
