My 12 year old son frequently throws up, has headaches and has an overall hot feeling without a fever. He also gets sick after vigorous exercise. Other times there no rhyme or reason to it. He has been tested for celiac and had the camera in his stomach at 2 years of age. Doctors have never been able to give me a straight answer. I am so concerned.
HI Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern for your child, if this is just sick feeling and not exact vomiting then it is not that much matter of concern, but if this is actual vomiting spell then frequency of vomiting is matter, if I would be his doctor then I would treat your son on conservative level, with the following medicine, 1) Tab Domeperidone one tab three time in day if this fails to responds then this condition may required some investigation, like Ct brain, hope this information helps you, take care and have good day.
