What Do You Suggest For High Blood Pressure When On Medications?

I am a 90 yr old woman & have had 2 heart attacks. I am on blood pressure meds to control it. I have been
doing fine but the today my blood pressure has been from 173/71 to 192/77. I have taken all my meds to help
but it is still high (182/70)... (this evening). Is it bad enough to go to hospital emergency?
