Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that the injury to the left knee, and the surrounding tissues might be torn to maximum extent.
As he thinks it may be difficult to handle the knee,if the next surgery fails, the knee replacement also may have a failure, or post operative complications, due to the condition of the bones, and the tissues.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have M.R.I. for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically till the pain is under the control.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods till the pains are completely controlled.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.

Hi,

I read your medical history and feel sorry for the situation you are in.

There are many factors to be evaluated before running a surgery, including :
- clinical evaluation (by the orthopedist)
- test reports (knee X-ray)

If your doctor has decided not to run another surgery, he has evaluated your current situation thinking that benefits are less than complications/relapse you get from surgery.

All the best!
Dr.Albana
