Hi I knelt heavily on a small plastic object , knee now very painful at front, slight swelling and stiffness. Can t walk properly and can t bend knee much. Started feeling fuzzy behind knee upwards - should I see doc or have I just bruised it? Not sure if fuzzy due to compensating to walk?
