What Do You Suggest For Liquid Sticky Substance That Comes From Hemorrhoid Causing Itchiness In My Rectum Area?

I have been having a clear liquid sticky substance which I think is coming from my hemorrhoid. It causes my rectum area to be itchy and inflamed like an open wound. It bleeds when I scratch it. The liquid fluid is also causing a crusty feeling on my inside buttock area which I clean with baby wipes so I do keep the area clean. What can I do or what doctor do I go to to get this checked out. I am a 63 year old woman who wants to know do I see my GYN doctor or primary doctor?

Good day!
Haemorrhoids at a geriatric age is a multidimensional issue with multidimensional treatment. Diet and lifestyle modifications with hygiene rehabilitation with topical applications and a surgical repair if possible with future avoidance of triggers. So best option is to eek the gastroenterologist help for further management. Meanwhile topical anesthetic gels with hygiene therapies and sitz baths would suffice
take care
