Hi
As per the symptoms diarrhea followed by passage of blood, it is suggestive of fissure in the anus.
most of the fissures gets self healed.
in some the cases they get infected by the bacteria in the faeces and turn out chronic and non healing.
application of medications to relax the anal sphincter may help healing. topical nitroglycerine ointment or topical nifedipine with lidocaine ointment could solve the problem.
Better would recommend you to visit a general surgeon to rule out other possibilities and infection.

Hope this answers your query.
wishing you good health
