What Do You Suggest For Rashes All Over Body?

I have a terrible rash al over the body, I have taking 25 mg of Hidroxyzine at nigh and 3 times a day cetirizine during the, day for 4 days, by a allergy dr, the rush and terrible itch have not gone away it is 9 days already, what do you suggest?

I really appreciate your concern I in fact treating my patient my patients those who are not responding to anti-histamine then the best option is steroid, if my patient does not have any contraindication for steroid then I am starting "Tab Prednisone 20 mg three times in a day then reducing the dose by 10 mg every day till the last dose of 10 mg once in day remains for three days, hope this information helps you have good day.
