What Do You Suggest For Severe Pain In My Leg After A Partial Knee Replacement?

I had a partial knee replacement 2 months ago. I have pain in the back of my leg behind my knee. This is most severe after i have my leg bent for a period , as in riding in a car or sitting, and then try to stand and straighten the leg out. It can be very painful when I first stand, and takes minutes before I can walk on it.

It is common problem after knee replacement. This can happen because of weak muscles and some time malposition of implant. Are you still on physiotherapy or not. Some time patient needs a prolong physiotherapy to strengthen knee muscles.
