What Do You Suggest For Stinking Sweat On The Groin Area When On Fluconazole For Yeast Infection?
I am on fluconazole for what is believed to be a yeast infection... but by my groin/leg crease get very Nast smelling sweat.. smells so very bad and its groin area too along with breasts. ( breasts are not as bad as groin/legs) its itchy and embarrassing. I am obese but in 8 months iv lost 60 pounds and the more I lose its seems the yucky it gets. Clear vaginal discharge mainly (sometimes lil yellow tint) also get getting lumps on inner thighs that hurt and sometimes boil up and pop whats going on with my body?
Hello and welcome to HCM, Fungal infections are common in areas which remain moist. Groin creases and crease under the breast are two common sites of fungal infection. The skin in this area should be kept dry by proper drying. The anti-fungal preparation should be applied after application of the anti-fungal ointment. The presence of yellow colored discharge is suggestive of infection. The discharge should be microscopically examined for presence of infection. Appropriate antibiotic will treat the infection. Presence of lumps in the thigh region could be due to lymph node enlargement which is common in case of infections. Weight loss will not increase the bad body odour.
