What Do You Suggest For Stools With Blood And Severe Cramping?

I have known IBD, more Crohns. I have been having symptoms of freq bloody stools, severe cramping, blood and pus in the toilet. Appears to have blood clots in toilet. Having left side discomfort and around umbilicus. Noisy loud bowel sounds similiar to a bathtub draining. symptoms worsen with anything I eat to where I am eating little. I am getting lightheaded too. Should I go to ER or suck it up over night.

hi,
if these are routine symptoms to you, you may try conservative treatment. if you have severe pain abdomen or persisting bleed, rush to ER.
If no emergency, you can try metronidazole, oral prednisolone and pentasa satchets which can relieve you. consult a gastroenterologist later.
