What Do You Suggest For The Egg Not Rupturing When On Clofert And Susten?

HI,
I took clofert 50mg from 3rd to 7day & after that susten 100mg for a week. In between on 3rd & 8th day injected with sitrodin 75IU followed by ovulation study. on 11th day follicele size is 18mm & on 13th day it is 23mm. endo thickness is 7.4 & 7.9mm. On 11th day injected with HCG 500 shot. But in Radiologists says that the egg is not rupturing. what is the issue.

Wait for few more days as your follicle is growing normally, may rupture in few days, get monitoring done with ultrasound.
