What Do You Suggest For The Pain In My Left Leg?

Hi I am a female aged 55 I work as a postie,I woke yesterday morning with pain in my left leg upper leg,the pain got worse yesterday especially climbing stairs or slopes,,been awake most of the night every time I moved painfully and my leg feels heavy,I haven't gone to work today

This could be muscular pain muscle pulled could be the likely cause if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicine,
1) Tab Ibuprofen 200 mg three times un day
2) Tab Acetaminophen three times in day
3) Tab Chlorzoxazone once in day
