Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
Acute shedding of hairs could occur 4-6 months after an illness, surgery, anaemia, thyroid abnormalities, mental stress, sudden weight loss or crash dieting.
It could also occur as a part of normal ageing process.
Since your laboratory tests are normal, I presume that you would have ruled out underlying anaemia and thyroid abnormalities.
I would suggest you to use 5% minoxidil solution twice a day for 4- 6 months.
You could also take oral supplements containing biotin, cysteine and methionine.
Fluocinolone is a mild steroid and is given for itchy scalp condition and I am not sure it will benefit your hair fall.
Please clarify the indication with your doctor.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
