What Do You Suggest For Triglecerate Showing In Border Range?
Good Morning doctor. My blood pressure is showing 140/100 since one week. I have consulted with local doctor and he adviced me to take losanorm-25 and Atorva. I did blood , sugar and ECG. Everything is within limit. Triglecerate is showing in border range. Pls advice

You need to consult a cardiologist and confirm your high blood pressure status. As triglyceride is in border range, slight reduction in fat intake will help. Many times people have high blood pressure because of anxiety and stress. Please do regular fitness exercises and meditation. Also low salt diet is recommended for you.
