What Doe Stool Report As Puss Cells 2-3 Suggest?
Stool report for my 3.5 months old baby is as below:Pus cells - 2 -4 Mucus - present Ova,cyst,RBC - NilReaction - Acidic Mucus threads - Present (+)Bacteria - Present (++)He was on Enterogermina probiotic (2.5ml) per day for the past 5 days.Does he have any infection based on the report?

Your baby is suffering from colitis (intestine infection).It is due to bacteria.
Colitis is indicated by presence of bacteria in stool.There shouldn't be any bacteria in stool.
Culture of stool should also be done.Antibiotics should be prescribed to your baby.You can continue probiotics.
Baby should be given adequate fluids.
