What Does the following X-ray Indicate? 

the result of xray of my father is the lungs are cleared, the trachea is at the midline, the heart is not enlarged, the aorta is atherosclerotic, the costophrenic sulci are intact, the hemidiaphragms are smooth, the rest of the findings are unremarkable

It means that the aorta one of the largest vessel in thorga ism is with fat and sclerotic probably due to the age.
