What Does the following ultrasound Indicate?
So i had an ultrasound back abit and the findings were. The uterus is midline and anteverted. It measures 65 x 32 x50mm (56cc). The myomentrium is homogenous. No focal lesion found. The endometrium is thin and measures upto 1.5mm althougg the are 3 hypoechonic areas seen,measuring 2x2,2x2 and 3x3mm. The left ovary measures 13cc with aprox 18 follicles, while the right ovary measures 14cc with aprox 18 follicles.. What does this mean

Ultrasound findings are almost normal.
Uterus is normal in size,position and echotexture.There are no focal or diffuse lesions.
Endometrial thickness is also normal but there are few small hypoechoic areas within,it may be small endometrial cysts.This need clinical correlation also.
Both ovaries are also normal in size.Follicles inside ovaries are normal graffian follicles.
