What Does the following CT Scan Result Mean?

Hello Doctor, We have done a CT scan for my father. The report says, 1. A) heterogeneously enhancing exophytic lesion from upper pole cortex of right kidney measuring 7.68x5.70 cm with perinephric fat stranding and indentation over liver parenchyma without invasion B) no invasion of renal pelvicalyceal system seen C) no renal vein/IVC seen D) no lymphadenopathy made out E) no evidence of liver/ lung secondaries made out 2. A) Retrocaval ureter seen on right side with reverse J appearance of dilated proximal ureter Is it possible to RCC? Please provide your suggestions and feedback for this. Thank you in Advance!

Hi see mass over kidney is exophytic and increasing in size.You must have to do small biopsy of mass to rule out whether it is benign or malignant one.Only by biopsy RCC will be confirmed.according to history it seems malignant.so biopsy advisable earliest.if it is benign lesion then no worry but for malignant invasive lesion kidney is removed.thanks
