hi i m asad . myage is 32. doctor suggest me for semen analysis teste. i did as same . now i m looking for results. as per result of test vloume : 4.0 , colour : Greyish white , Consistency : Thick , Reaction PH : 8.0 , Time of liquification : 30 Mins , Tota sperm Count : 20 Millions , Leucocytes : 8-10/HPF , R.B.C : 2-4 /HPF , Motile 1st HRs : 20% , Slugish Motile : 10% , Non Motile : 70 % , Moltie 3rd Hour : 10% , Slugish Motile 3rd HOur : 10% , Non Motile 3rd HOur ; 80 % , Normal Form : 60% , Abnormal Form : 40... kindly tell me the result in smple words. is it ok or need to be treaat?

first you have to done USG SCROTUM
blood investigation ; testosterone level,
after I will suggest medicine.
definitely your semen motility increasing within 3 mths.
