Hello

Your report suggest increased liquefaction time and excessive abnormal morphology sperms.

Increased liquefaction time may be due to infection.
You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
You need routine hemogram,RBS,colour doppler of scrotum, hormone assay.

Culture and sensitivity of semen should be done as you have increased liquefaction time and few WBC in semen. You may need to take antibiotics after investigations.

Sperm morphology is also abnormal. At least 16 % normal morphology sperms are required for natural fertilization. You have only 10% normal sperms.

You should take nutritious diet and do exercise. If findings doesn't improve then assisted fertilization techniques can be considered.

Your wife's findings are absolutely normal.

Get well soon.
Take Care
