What Does the following Ultrasound Test Result Mean?

i had a 12 week ultrasound done and baby is healthy, the lady asked if I was having twins she could see a shadow behind the baby, and was unsure if it was connected to the baby or not what does that usually meen? she said theres nothing connected to the head

Welcome to Health care magic.

1.The scan says there is 12 weeks pregnancy as history said.
2.There is a shadow seen behind the foetus which is mimicking like a twin pregnancy - possible cause.
3.But generally this is not much possible - there could be come collection / similar to GSAC which mimicking like an twin.
4.Some thing behind not from head - its bit unclear, you might have no clearly typed what written in the report.
5.What you can do at this moment is get a scan done after two weeks to confirm the findings and the foetal well being. Good luck.
