What Does the following Urine Test Result Mean?

Hi. My urinalysis result shows trace of Leukocytes, Albumin +2, pus cells 5-6 /HPF, RBC 20_26 /HPF. with few Epithelial cells, amorphous urates and bacteria. with Remarks: WBC in Clumps. what does this signify and what to do pls? thanks Also, i had a mild stroke last June 2014 and been under regular medication for cholesterol and triglycerides for the following 5 months. Then another chemistry lab result and the doctor gave me lower dose of same medication for November 2014 to March 9, 2015 BUT I DID NOT take them regularly as per doctor advise as i fear for my kidney and liver. Lately, my BP is at 140-150/90-100 so I had my chemistry lab again, results as follows: 346.76 Cholesterol, 235.98 Triglyceride, 122.64 Glucose (FB) SGPT/ALT 62.35. Please help me understand and need your advice plese. Thanks.

Hello

Your findings suggests multiple problems.
Urine analysis findings suggests urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated due to presence of excessive pus cells,RBC and bacteria in urine.

You need proper clinical examination and investigations like ultrasound of abdomen,urine culture/sensitivity.
Proper antibiotics should be based upon culture and sensitivity report.
Drink plenty of water.

Findings also suggests hypertension,altered lipid profile and high liver enzymes.
You may need statins for increased cholesterol level.
You should also take antihypertensive medicines regularly.

It is important to see other liver enzyme parameters.You may need to take few more medicines after evaluation.
