General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, excruciating pain during urination has definite reason to cause it.

* When the infection is ruled out by urine microscopy, calculus in the urethra, urinary bladder or ureter most likely.

* Though plenty of liquids and alkasol syrup will give some percentage relief, I strongly recommend to undertake an Ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis for further management guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
