What Does this LFT Test Result Mean?

Hello, My daughter aged 29 married, LFT test report is Billirubin 3.32, Billirubin conjugated 3.30, SGPT(ALT) 2057, SGOT (AST) 1931, Alkaline Phosphatase 264,GAMMA GT 222, Total protein 6.7, Albumin 3.4, Globulins 3.3,A/G ratio 1.03. From 2/03/2017 , she felt vomit, fever , on 8/3/2017 got this test report then Doctor diegnosed Hapatitas A. and asked to use following medicine Tab Peltron-V 3 times , Tab Zopent 40 mg 1 time,Tab Silliver 200ng 2 Times,Tab Surbex z and Tab Panadol when needed , today is 2nd day of medicine and she is felling better but still feel fever and severe headache, no vomiting just vomit condition , face colour is some how yellow, Urine is dark yellow , pl guide about the condition and further treatment.

I can understand your concern.
As per the history and description, you must ask for the tests results of specific hepatitis viruses to come to a conclusion as to which virus is the cause of infection. Hepatitis viruses are A, B, C, D, E and rarely G.

Most common and most easily treatable are A and E. Mostly treatment plans include moderate use of antivirals and hydration. The yellowish color is due to high bilirubin, it will be normal in a few days time. Fever, vomiting, headache, abdominal pain and loss of appetite are usual symptoms and sometimes take 2 weeks to resolve.

Other viruses have complicated treatment plans and will take a longer time to be cured.
