What Does this MRI Result Mean?

Doctor, my mother s ecg report says sinus rhythm, borderline T abnormalities anterior leads. i don y have the report. She had guiddiness problem, so she consulted a doctor. Doctor also doubting an ear problem.........Kindly tell me what this t abnormality is? her BP normal.

Thanks for your question on HCM.
This is ECG report, not MRI report.
ECG is the screening test for cardiac diseases.T wave abnormality is seen in coronary artery diseases mostly ischemic heart disease. For significant T wave abnormality atleast 2 mm depth is necessary.
When T wave abnormality less than 2 mm is seen in ECG than it is considered as insignificant and can be seen as normal variant.
So no need to worry much for your mother's ECG as T wave abnormality is insignificant.
