What Does this abdominal Ultrasound Result Mean?

My child is suffering abdomin pain. She has undergone ultrasound scanning. And the reports showed that there is mild hepatomegaly, mesenteric lymphodenopathy, minimal ascites and infectious etiology. Please could you explain the severity of this and treatment.

Hi the report indicates there is probably an infection in the body leading to enlargement of liver, lymph node enlargement and fluid collection.
They will do some further tests to find out type of infection, and treat her.
Type of treatment will depend on type of infection that they detect, and severity will also depend on that--regards
