What Does this blood Test Result Mean?

my son is 42daya old his activity is normal but his tsh 5,6 uiu /ml my lab normal rang ,4-8,6 uiu/ml and his total t4 level 8,6 ug/dl and my lab normal level is ,4-8,6 uiu /ml my docter says that he is border line and need treatment as the coroleation between two lhormon level is not correct is this true ?plz help

hi, dr. boskey gandhi is here, your 42 days age baby' s t4 is at upper normal limits. to rule out hyperthyroidism, free t3,&free t4 tests are confirmative. please go for these test before start medicine. it will clear confusion. so all the best.
