Hello

Your findings suggest raised triglyceride level.
Other factors are within normal limit.
You may need clinical evaluation and few investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram, random blood sugar, liver and renal function test, urine RE/ME and ultrasound of abdomen.

Initially,I suggest diet and life style changes.
Avoid saturated fat and take lot of fibers in your diet.
Avoid alcohol, smoking if you take these things.
I also suggest my patients to take tablet fenofibrate 160 mg single dose at night after dinner. It will control elevated triglyceride level in blood.
You should continue other medicines.

Get well soon.
Take Care
