Hello and welcome to HCM,
The pap test report is showing presence of large number of polymorphs or neutrophils.
Polymorphs or neutrophils are inflammatory cells seen in infection.
The cervical environment is flooded with polymorphs so presence of polymorphs does not indicate disease state.
In addition to polymorphs mature squamous epithelial cells are also seen.
The squamous epithelial cells show metaplastic change.
Metaplastic change in squamous cells is secondary to inflammation on the pap test.
No micro-organism is detected on the pap test.
I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment prescription of anti-microbial treatment (if required) followed by repeat pap test.

Thanks and take care
