What Does this pelvic Scan Result Mean?
hello doctor, we planed to get baby , so consulted doctor abt the pre-counselling . On 14th day of my cycle(30-32days) he sujested to do pelvic scaning got result lik dis.... uterus anteverted 8.0*2.0cm size,endometrium 7mm,cervix2.7cm, myometrial echoes normal,overies normal(no dominant follicle)9mm&8mm right n left overies & no fluid in pouch of douglas. den he suggested to do hormon testing in 2nd day of cycle.got the result lik dis FSH 11.3mIU/ml, LH 7.9mIU/ml,PROLACTIN 34.7ng/ml, TESTOSTERONE 0.2ng/mL DEN he suggested me to take camforte 0.5 tablet 1 one 15 days , so i took 2 tablets in a cycle den he sujested me to do prolactin test , the result was 0.71ng/ml. den he suggested me to take siphene 50mg tablet for 5 days n do scaning on 14th days , i cant understand whats my problem can u explain me by seeing this details , what exactly happened to me , is siphene tablet ll help for twins? , what should i do to get concive

1. The report suggest there are no dominant follicle on the 14 day of the cycle.
2.Ideally normal dominant follicle should be around 13 mm for conception.
3.So in your case the follicle are less in size. So in this case hormonal study are necessary.
4. Rest of the report regarding uterus and endometrium are with in limits.
5. I would recommend to monitor in another cycle for dominant follicle and followup accordingly.
