What Does this semen Analysis Result Mean?

Please give me some queres about my result. Semen analysis volume 1.0ml clour greyish white reaction alkaline viscosity normal liquification time 30mts. Total count 70.2 Motility actively motile 05 sluggish 35 non motile 60 pus cell 0-2 RBC 0-1 epithelial cells 0-1 spermatogenic cell+. Normal 70 abnormal 30.. i ask some queres from you doc if there have chance to give baby???

I really appreciate your concern, from the given semen analysis report I could say that is the oligospermia,, chances of conception is less likely, (Just a one sperm need for conception, and pregnancy is the natural phenomenon so keep trying ) urology opinion is advisable hope this information helps.
