Hello! Trust that you are fine & doing good. Below is report of Semen analysis. need your kind comments that whether it is OK? Semen Physical examination Quantity: 3.0 ml Color: Creamy white Consistency= Thick Chemical examination Reaction: Alkaline Puss Cell/ HPF: 2-3 Ephithilial cells/ HPF: NIL R.B.Cs/ HPF: NIL Total sperm count: 95 million Activity Motile: 60% Slughisily Motile: 20% Non Motile/ Dead: 20% Normal Forms: 70 % Microcephalic: 5% Macrocephalic:10% Immature forms: 15%

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

Your report is good...

According to WHO normal sperm count should be >20 million at least...which you have 95 million.

Morphology normal sperm should be >30 %.
Which here is 70%.

So no worry....
Normally 2 to 3 pus cell can be seen....

Normal motility of active sperm should .more then 50 % ...
Here it is 60%....

The only problem is dead sperm should be less then 5% ....But here it is 20%.
It will mostly not affect your reproduction capacity....
