What Does this thyroid Test Result Mean?

HI Doc, I am 31 years old, and gained weight. My weight is 71 kg with height 5 2 . I got T3,T4,TSH reports. TEST NAME TECHNOLOGY VALUE UNITS REF, RANGE TOTAL T3 C.L.I.A 127 ng/dl 60-200 TOTAL T4 C.L.I.A 9.3 microg/dl 4.5-12.0 TSH C.L.I.A 3.09 microIU/ml 0.30-5.5 Comments: SUGGESTING THYRONORMANCY can you please help me to understand what reports with comment says.

Hello, Thanks for using Health care magic. I had gone through your report. your report tells T3, T4 which are thyroid hormones are within normal range. TSH is also normal. which means thyroid is not the reason for weight gain.
kindly do regular physical activity, modify diet by avoiding oil foods, bakery foods and eating more vegetables and fruits.
