What Does this thyroid Test Result Mean?

had tests done on thyroid results were T3 3.2 pg/ml; T4 was 10.9 ug/DL and TSH was .038 ulU/ML. I am taking Synthroid 137MCG. I am gaining weight even though I am going to gym 3 times a week and working out for 1.25 hrs. food intact no different than normal. I was on 25MCG for years and they recently lowered my dosage. I am concerned they are missing something.

report is normal.and treatment is correct. can consult immunologist for examination and advise. may be you may you have to repeat thyroid hormone essay.
