Hello

Urine analysis findings may suggest urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by slightly hazy appearance of urine,excess pus cells,moderate bacteria and occasional RBC in urine.
You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity,ultrasound of abdomen.
You may need to take antibiotics based on culture and sensitivity report.
You should drink plenty of water.

Epithelial cells and amorphous crystals are also normally found in urine.
