Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of urine analysis is as follows:
The physical characters- color and pH are within normal range.
Presence and passage of blood in urine is suggestive of bleeding in urinary tract.
Bleeding in urinary tract can occur due to injury to the urinary tract, stone, infection, inflammation etc.
Presence of pus cells in urine suggest infection.
Your doctor has prescribed you antibiotic for the infection.
However, the cause of blood in urine needs to be found out.
I suggest you to get an ultrasound of the kidney-ureter-bladder region to assess the presence of any stone in the urinary tract.
Management can be planned after investigations.

Thanks and take care
